Movement Assembly Simulator
A parameterised three-dimensional movement you can take apart and put back together in the correct order. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom, and work through main plate, gear train, escapement, balance, rotor and dial.
Educational simulationOutput is illustrative, not measured. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom. Where this differs from your equipment's documentation, follow that documentation.
Showing the 2D reference diagram. The interactive model needs WebGL, or use the switch above.
What it does
- Six-part assembly sequence with automatic snap-to-fit
- Exploded, top, side and 45° preset camera views
- Live part count, jewel count and completion score
- Undo, redo and reset at any point
- Export the current assembly view as a PNG
Limits
- A teaching model. It shows order and motion; it does not predict a result.
- Parameter ranges are clamped. Extreme values are refused rather than rendered badly.
- No WebGL, no problem — the 2D reference diagram carries the same information.
Simulation output is illustrative and not a measurement. Nothing on this page certifies a repair, guarantees timekeeping, or endorses a commercial product.
