Diagnosing a specific watch remotely. Photographs and descriptions are not enough to judge amplitude, endshake or lubrication, and guessing would be irresponsible.
Valuations, authentication, or sourcing parts for a particular movement.
Anything that would require us to guarantee a repair outcome.
Before you write
Search the site first — most tool and procedure questions are already covered in the tool pages and the blog.
If you are reporting a problem with a 3D tool, include the browser name and version, and whether your device reports WebGL support.
